Hi, I’m Harold Prat-Garcia, a board-certified nurse practitioner and founder of Pratwell Medical. I started this practice with one goal: to provide compassionate, high-quality care free from the limitations of insurance. With years of experience in primary care, I’ve seen how rushed appointments and cookie-cutter treatments can leave patients feeling unheard. That’s why I take the time to truly listen and create personalized care plans that focus on your unique health needs.

At Pratwell Medical, I specialize in chronic disease management, preventive care, TRT and thyroid optimization, combining modern medicine with holistic approaches. My mission is to empower you to take control of your health through education and individualized treatment.
